Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own AI key?
Yes. One key from OpenAI or Anthropic is enough to start. For the voice you need OpenAI, for research with sources Anthropic. We show you how to get one.
Is the app always listening?
No. The microphone is only on when you start a conversation or dictation yourself.
Where is my data stored?
On our server at Hetzner in Germany. For answers the necessary texts go to OpenAI or Anthropic (USA), with your own key. For operation and support we access the server from Türkiye.
Does anything go out without me?
No. Emails and anything that changes something in your name only run after you click “Approve”. Only if you explicitly switch on autonomous work for a project is there no extra question – with a warning, a spending limit and a log.
What does pilot phase mean?
A lot already works well, some things will still change. The app costs nothing during this time, and your feedback helps us a lot.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Under Settings › Account you delete your account with all content. Backups disappear on their own after a few days.
